Big Green Egg Launches Limited Edition Miller Lite Kegg

The Big Green Egg is the perfect grilling device. But there’s one enormous structural flaw with the grill, and it’s this: it’s not full of beer. Enter Miller Lite’s Big Green Kegg, which handily solves that problem. In an exciting new collaboration, Big Green Egg has teamed up with Miller Lite to release a limited edition Big Green Egg Miller Lite Kegg!

“Beer and grilling are a natural pairing. What’s better than flipping a burger or smoking a brat with a beer in hand?,” said Anne Pando, Director of Marketing for Miller Lite via a press release provided to Guilty Eats. “That’s why we created the ultimate sidekick for your grill. While you’re grilling at the perfect heat, the Big Green Kegg keeps the great taste of Miller Lite ice cold so Griller Time always tastes like Miller Time.”

The launch of the Big Green Egg Miller Lite Keg has sparked excitement across the country. BBQ enthusiasts and beer lovers alike are eager to get their hands on this limited edition "EGGcessory". To celebrate the release, Big Green Egg and Miller Lite are hosting a series of launch events featuring live music, BBQ cook-offs, and, of course, plenty of Miller Lite. It’s also, of note, not a full keg of beer. This is a quarter barrel keg (aka 83, 12 oz. beers), and to keep things cool you need to add ice in the ceramic chamber. According to Miller, the Big Green Kegg doesn’t have a temperature gauge, it’s just designed to keep your beer cold. And once done, you can drain the melted ice through the draft door, then replace with more ice and keep the party going.
